@ AB1 and AB2: I think you didn't read it all to well, it's not about the guy making other people leave the guild, it's about someone else who tels that guy that they supposedly got rid of the command, after which the pranker tries it out and leaves the guild HIMSELF. That's why the comment on the picture says "Jurrassic's little prank backfires!"
