They tell you to log to a alt whilst they fix it, otherwise they cant tell you whats going on.

Before I read the line below I actually started thinking that GMs watch guild chats and can take over a random player on will for comunication... so much for GMs being compared to gods xD

since always?... they do it rarely to fix some specefic bugs where they cant just give you the item, or reset the quest mob.
