To the inc whingers: The GM's want their time wasted. To answer a ticket, you must read it first. If they didn't want to waste time, they would discard the ticket immediately. Anyone with a job would understand this. QQers = Unemployed. Get a job.

Likewise if you call up a call center just to be a twat they will still answer the phone. They may cut you off mid conversation but the premise is the same here; the GMs will give a response. +1s, lolz, roflz and other lmaoz
