Just have to point out, if you're a 38D, you're not slim. Not fat, but definately not slim. The 38 refers to the inches around your body, has nothing to do with breast size :P

No, big breasts refers to the cup size (such as D, DD, etc). The number (38) is the circuference around the area UNDER the breast, where the straps wrap around to connect in the back. Slim, with big breasts, would be a 32D.
