There's a script command to show up an emote as yellow on client-side only. Using that, this is extremely easy to stage. It was on mmowned a few weeks back.

It's not fake, just type in /roll 99 100. Ta da, you've just rolled the dice, with a chance of getting either 99 or 100. And it will show up as Yellow text and everything. I do that with crazy numbers like 1-248925 All the time to just mess with people's heads when I roll a 9001.
