The way of the rets: keybind the 5 major spells in your 1-5 keys, activate a seal, buff with an addon designed for them -*cough* retarded- and smash your face on your keyboard for the rest of the raid/dungeon group. Voila, first on dps meter.

@AB 8. Apparently your 'Way of the Rets' are rather based on assumption. Guessing you haven't played one yourself, judging from the pure BS coming from your mouth. IF you know how to play Paladin, you do more than hiting the 3-4 spells that is your every-day-normal-rotation. I play a retri, when raiding I use roughly 10-14 different buttons dependant on the situation and how the boss works. Same for PvP.
