Zarhym tries hard to act like the "badass" of the crew, trying to live up to his avatar I think. That said, I agree with him nonetheless.

My shaman had NO CC during vanilla or BC, and had problem after problem getting groups because of it. Then Wrath came along and we got HEX! Wooot! ...except we never got to use it. This past week, I\'ve been able to use my shiny new CC for the first time in two years!

<3 HCs now, was surprised somewhat amazingly that they managed to pull it off after the revamp of stats. For the first time in a great while, we actually had to spend time to look trough all tactics and possible ways to do the bosses before we rushed in doing stuffs. (BRC and DM in particular).

@Kloda WOTLK (which has been the easiest expansion) was even like that at the start, you actually have to pay attention to the boss machanics and avoid dmg. It didn't take long to out gear it, and the same thing will happen these heroics in a few months. The only way to make people pay attention to boss mechanics is to make dmg based on % of health, not by numbers.

I think Zarhym is a pretty cool guy, eh appears in all images and doesnt afraid of anything.

I think that by "casuals" this guy means "morons". The boss strats really aren't that bad if you ask for them and pay attention, and rarely will anyone get paired with four people who all either haven't been to a dungeon before or won't explain a fight even if asked.

My main is a Druid. I've had Hibernate since before BC. It's generally not considered when talking about CC, even now. Sure, I can root that mob, but if you've got a Beast or Dragonkin (BRC anyone?) I can put 'em to sleep for 40 seconds. Too bad it doesn't work on those cat people in Tol'vir. It was frustrating in Sunken Temple leveling, many dragonkin there, and most have a high Nature resist stat. And then there's UBRS with dragonkin, but no one wanted to have a Druid sleep those either.

Not sure what the hell that has to do with the bash, but thanks for sharing.

And uh, because I feel like posting stuff related to the bash, it's pretty much impossible to make pve hard. If you're able to look up *exactly* what you need to do, the only possible way to wipe is if someone messes up, or if someone has no idea what the hell they're doing. Plus, if you want to play against NPCs, why the hell would you pay fifteen dollars a month to be frustrated by other peoples' incompetence?

TL;DR pve is stoopeed
