@ People that says "Omfg waste of time, important tickets first!!"... I don't really think the actual "ingame help" Game Masters are the ones that answer those. They used to ban people for doing unnecessary tickets, but removed it. Why? If it's cause instant ban were to rough, they could make it send warnings first instead. I believe they got 2 separate teams for these kind of stuffs now, else the whole removing ban for doing it is rather vague. And most of the time those kind of tickets only take 30sec or up-to 1min to answer, so let them have their little fun.

Afterall, doubt a couple of minutes of enjoyment would change much in the 1-3 days wait time.

Just the IDEA/creativity/imagination of the submitter is worth a top 10 spot & if real & was answered correctly, the concept deserves top spot. I.D.E.A of a ticket not relative to in-game content in any way, but of a short(txt wise) math problem, followed by a ridiculously long, step-by-step reply from the GM? Like I typed @ the top, worthy of a top spot.
