It's definitely shopped, making it impossible to tell if it really happened. Based on the sequence of events I'd have to brand it fake, though.

it is definitely cut together, you can see a little bit of light blue "group" speak above the second "you have selected need" passage

I made this, and yes it is pasted together, I'm such a noob I don't know how to make the chat bar bigger, so I made multiple screenshots.

Rightclick on tab, click 'Unlock window' and drag the 'invisible' border just below the tab to make it bigger.

if you look over the second time he needed, you see its been "copyed" over, since you can see a little "blue text" in the top there..
