It's clearly not once in a life time, as It didn't proc the "greedy" achievement

He's not talking about rolling a 100 greed roll as once in a lifetime. He's talking about the top three greed rolls being 100, 99, 98.

Frozen Orbs can't trigger the Greedy achievemen, cause they are not a lvl185-item...

Sadly not many people actually notice whats so special about the image ;/

Oooo, ooo, its totally special because it rolled and looted on the same second without server lagg! That must be it!

That's not once in a lifetime, AB@2. Ok let's break this down:

Chance of rolling 100: 1/100 chance.
Chance of rolling 99 when someone else has rolled 100: 1/10000
Chance of rolling 98 when someone rolled 100 and someone else rolled 99: 1/1,000,000
Chance that this happens to someone, somewhere, each day: almost guaranteed.
